Application Process For Market Renters

ApprovedOnce you have given your completed application form and a unit is available the co-op will do a landlord and credit check. Then management will recommend potential applicants to the Board of Directors for review and approval and our Membership Administrator will interview all adult’s applying.

You will then be invited to look at a unit, make a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to hold the unit and set a date for move in.

Upon move in you will be required to pay the member’ s deposit (equivalent to one month’s housing charge), your first month’ s housing charge and a one-time membership fee for each adult of $10.00 each.
